The bed was awesome! Very comfortable.
No hot water Friday night in the shower. Loud and obnoxious guests after 2am in the hallway.

Good Price, decent facilities.
No elevator to get to the second floor, so we had to lug all our bags up the stairs.

The location was great. Close to family.
The price way way too much. I signed up for a two room double deluxe room. I got a basic standard room with a microwave and refrigerator . All this for about $150. Too much. The sink in room 105 is cracked. The tub area looks dingy and had a nasty ,dirty looking corner on outside of tub. Tons of ice on the parking lot of all the owners properties. I heard the same family owns most of the hotels in that area. Put some salt down, or you will have lots of injuries.

We booked a cozy room with a microwave and 2 queen beds, for example. We had a microwave and a fridge. The location of the hotel was great, to Black Hills.

Tami was courteous and helpful
Not enough outlets to charge phones. TV reception poor. Bathtub worn dingy. No fitness center. Small pool.

Not really bad, just the light in the bathroom wasn't bright enough. You couldn't see in there very well.

I did not like the fact I had no microwave, ottoman, or refrig. My brother had all three items and paid less money because he did not book his room via the internet. You would think you could get a better price using internet. Never will use it again. Will call direct.

Location, friendly staff, bed, familiarity with facility
Carpet needs cleaning. My feet were filthy after walking barefoot in room. Halls especially need cleaning, as do doors around handles, etc., just not as well-kept as it used to be. Breakfast choices skimpier.

Good breakfast and comfortable bed
Rv/truck parking is listed as an amenity. Parking on a dead end road should not be and cannot be defined as proper truck parking. We had to leave expensive trucks and campers on a road and not in an area that can be seen from a hotel room window to ensure their security.

Just a decent option for a weekend outing in Fairmont with high value for money. The front desk attendant was super friendly, making check-in easy. A tip, there's a big grassy area nearby for pets to run around.

It was quiet - breakfast was adequate - room was clean and comfortable.
A relative tried contacting me by phone. He was told there was no one registered by that name - even though he spelled my name - and even tried using my maiden name, although I am sure that wouldn't have mattered since I was registered under my married name!!! That was NOT good. Also, my bed was not made up in the morning. Is that not part of the daily cleaning process?

The details you care about most
This hotel offers a warm atmosphere where both you and your dog will feel welcome-a thoughtful gift bag awaits your furry friend! The staff is friendly and efficient. While the breakfast could use some improvement, the location is great with nearby dining options that are perfect for a quick bite.

Staff were pleasant.
The furniture was uncomfortable. There was a used toothpick stuck in the right arm of the occasional chair, and bed closest to the window sagged to the middle. The decor certainly needed updated.

The ground floor room was spacious with easy outdoor access, perfect for our pup who was welcomed with a thoughtful gift bag. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially when they honored my request for a first-floor room. Breakfast included both hot and cold items, while the pet fee was reasonable and even contributed to the Humane Society.
